Our self-developed terry tricot warp knitting machine is the core equipment for all our microfiber cleaning cloth production. Equipped with multi-spindle large warp beams shown in the workshop picture, the machine can feed ultra-fine polyester polyamide yarn evenly and stably, supporting flexible switching of multiple weaving textures without replacing core molds. Different fabric structures can be produced in batches on the same unit, including fluffy coral fleece towel with thick soft piles, three-dimensional stain-resistant Twisted loop towel, lightweight quick-dry waffle towel, and smooth lint-free base cloth for glass towel. Compared with traditional looms, our self-owned knitting equipment improves fabric density uniformity by 35%, enhances water absorption and dust capture capacity, and effectively avoids lint shedding, hard texture and surface scratches that trouble ordinary Cleaning Cloth.
 
Benefiting from independent machine production capacity, we deliver segmented microfiber cleaning cloth targeting diverse usage scenarios. The thickened car towel woven by this machine features dense soft piles to wipe vehicle paint, leather seats and windshields without streaks; oil-resistant kitchen towel adopts waffle grid texture to clear kitchen grease and tableware residue efficiently; dedicated glass towel uses flat smooth microfiber base fabric to eliminate water marks on mirrors and screens. The fluffy coral fleece towel serves daily household gentle wiping, while heavy-duty Twisted loop towel handles stubborn grime for commercial cleaning. Besides reusable series, we match the cloth base material to produce hygienic disposable towel roll for catering, office and temporary cleaning scenes.
 
All raw materials and weaving processes are fully controlled in-house with our self-owned knitting machines, cutting intermediate supply links and stabilizing product quality consistency.
